Woo Hoo!!! Mark was able to turn on his cell service and we were able to locate the restaurant I was hoping to find. (don't worry, we only turned on his cell phone for only a minute or so)
Gogyo Restaurant in Kyoto (down a side street, near the market):
We're on a waiting list. Apparently this is a popular place to eat! We're not too far down on the list so we'll get in soon.

Yes, I can totally see why this place got excellent ratings and reviews on trip advisor! The food is EXCELLENT and it's relatively inexpensive. The girls are doing some drawings on a couple of paper bags. I'm taking some time to write post cards and get a tiny birthday package out to our lovely niece, Lily! Hi Lily!!!! We found some goodies for you at this market.
